  • Many of our pieces are available on a pre-order basis.

  • Pre-order delivery times are estimated between 12–18 working days, depending on the item.

  • Express pre-order shipping is available on select items and takes 5–8 working days.

  • Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may vary due to supplier, customs, or courier delays.

  • Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT (where applicable).

  • Prices may be updated at any time without notice.

  • Payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

  • We accept payments via:

    • Wix Payments

    • Stripe

    • Klarna

    • Clearpay

    • PayPal

 

Please note: Klarna and Clearpay are independent credit providers. When using these options, you enter into an agreement directly with them, subject to their terms and conditions.

 

6. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed during our working hours, Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (UK time).

  • Orders placed after 5PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • Pre-order items take approximately 12–18 working days unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen courier and location.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Courier or customs delays

  • Weather disruptions or other factors beyond our control

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for unwanted items or change of mind.

  • Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and must be approved by our team.

  • We offer exchanges or store credit for items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Certain items (e.g., underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

  • After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

  • For pre-orders, once the supplier order has been confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.

 

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure all items are quality checked before dispatch.
However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at unbrandedreturns@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

  • Faulty items reported after 7 days may not qualify for a replacement.
