Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines when refunds, exchanges, or store credit may apply.
1. General Policy

We do not offer refunds for unwanted items, incorrect sizes, or change of mind.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, such as receiving an incorrect item, size etc.

All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by our team before any item is returned.

Requests made outside of the stated timeframes or without approval will not be processed.
2. Exchanges & Store Credit
We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, so we offer:

Exchanges — for another size or style, subject to stock availability.

Store Credit — issued as a digital code that can be used on future purchases.
Conditions:

Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Any items showing signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, stains, or tampering will not be accepted.

Items must be free from odours such as perfume or smoke.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
4. Incorrect Items
We aim to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition, but if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

To process your claim, please include:

Photos of the issue (clearly showing the issue or incorrect item)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the situation).
Important:

Faulty items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items reported after this period may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Faults caused by wear and tear, misuse, or not following care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

6. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made or sourced specifically for you, therefore:

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, unless you contact us within one hour of placing your order to request a cancellation. After this time, your order will have already begun processing with our supplier and can no longer be changed.

Estimated delivery times are provided on each product listing but may vary slightly due to customs, supplier delays, or courier issues.

In rare cases where a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund or store credit for the value of that item.
7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or sent to the supplier, After this timeframe, cancellation is not possible as processing begins immediately.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed with our supplier.
8. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please allow 3–5 working days for the amount to appear in your account.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. Store Credit & Digital Codes

Store credit is issued via a digital code sent to your registered email address.

It can be used on any item available on www.unbrandedclub.net.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or used in combination with certain promotions unless stated otherwise.
11. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We cannot issue refunds for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.
12. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Sale,” “Outlet,” or “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
