Shipping Policy
At Unbranded Club, we aim to ensure every order is processed smoothly and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please read our full Shipping Policy below for all details regarding order processing, pre-orders, delivery times, and tracking.
Order Processing

All orders are processed during our working hours, Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM (UK time).

Orders placed after 5PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Pre-Order Items
Many of our collections operate on a pre-order basis, allowing you to secure exclusive pieces before they sell out.

Pre-order items take approximately 12–18 working days for delivery.

Express pre-order shipping is available on selected items and takes 5–8 working days.

Please note that pre-order timeframes are estimated and can vary slightly due to supplier, customs, or courier delays.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available unless arranged otherwise.
If you need an in-stock item sooner, please contact us at unbrandedreturns@gmail.com or via WhatsApp before ordering to arrange separate shipping.
In-Stock Items
Once we officially launch our in-stock collection (from November 20th onward):

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of purchase.

UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery Options
We currently offer:

Standard Delivery (Evri / Royal Mail) — 2–4 working days

Next Day Delivery — available on select items

Express International Shipping — delivery time varies depending on location
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or busy seasonal periods (e.g. Christmas).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected service.
Free UK delivery is occasionally available during promotional periods — these will be clearly stated on our website or social channels.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this link to track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we always aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control (courier issues, customs delays, etc.).

If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us at unbrandedreturns@gmail.com with your order number and tracking info.

We’ll contact the courier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double check your address when placing an order.
Unbranded Club cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
International Orders
We currently ship within the UK and selected international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authorities.
Christmas & Holiday Cut-Off Dates
To guarantee delivery before Christmas:

All pre-orders must be placed by November 20th.

Orders placed after November 20th may not arrive in time for Christmas delivery.

Our in-stock collection will remain available until December 20th, when we close for the holidays.
